Isn't it best to just ban meta knight from competitive play?

Well as for i am a MK user since it began brawl on jp, i rather agreed to ban the tech but not entirely. as for the stallin like stays invisible all the match not more than 2 secs invisible. 2 secs or rather 3 secs gives you the fair time to move thru the stage wherever you want to travel or play a mindgame on your opponent. I mastered real well on these past days and i apply it to my meta game but as for mindgaming or mixup not for stallin since thats so gey.
