Is there someone that runs a Midwest Brawl tournament????????

I need to do a tourny but i cant find any so can someone help me find one ive been watching and looking and waiting for someone to post something about it. If not can a moderator give me pointers to set one up?? I live in Missouri and there isnt one single tournament here so need to know how to start one up advertise it, all those grand things. So if anyone knows start firing.
