Since this is the best profile name ever, i have to know. also what about "8D-"? because thats drawing a chode, but u probably cant tell that at first glance. i could just say its a smiley face with a goatee

If it's not explicitly forbidden it's allowed, unless the TO is a scrubtard. More concretely, I've been in tournaments where some team names had swear words. Most people don't care.
