I was reading about project mewtwo on the brawl part of the smash boards and that got me thinking could it be possible to some how drag some of the brawl characters into the the world of melee? The reason I would wish to do the reverse of what they are doing is because I strongly like melee physics engine and though brawl is a good game in its own right I just prefer melee. Of course hacking is a must but I am no computer person and I am no hacker, So if it is possible I would like to ask for help (volunteer) if any one has the time to pull of something cool like that! That would make melee's tier list interesting how ever with advance tech. and wavedashing for the brawl character's would have to be added, And please If some one does this project, Some one Nerf metaknight so he is not broken (lol Metaknight)(You do not have to nerf him to much just try to make him fair.)I highly doubt any of this is possible of even if anyone would step up the plate if it is, but if they can do it and do integrate brawl characters to melee. Thank you very much would be an understatement.

I haven't looked into it much, but isn't Brawl+ basically melee physics? Or is that Balanced Brawl or something

Project Melee.

Look it up in the Workshop.

www.smashmods.com

Or you could visit the Project Melee section of that site.
Well... I guess adding melee's physics engine to brawl would be the simplest solution but I was thinking more along the lines of adding brawl charters to my game cube, But I guess this would be simpler (I am not a computer person so I could be wrong).

Idk, but as much as I love Lucario, I loved Mewtwo. Being a legendary for the win.

You can't just "drag a character" from Brawl into Melee... the people who are hacking Melee would need to figure out the character files (if there are any) and have someone make a program to edit their movesets and THEN they need to have someone make a program that allows them to either edit the existing Melee models or import models.

But, I doubt the Melee hacking community has that much talent at the moment or has those kind of people willing to do all that stuff.

So far and what I've heard from the smash workshop, you can't literally drag the Melee file to Brawl (like falco400 said). The file types just don't work together.

Dragoon Fighter didn't mean it on a literal level. He doesn't seem to be that stupid.

Eh, the reason Brawl is made like Melee and not the reverse is Brawl has more room and is much easier to hack than Melee/Gamecube is.

We would save much time if we knew how to add like 10 or so slots to Melee and if the gamecube had an easy, popular mean to hack it, but it doesn't.

Thanks for defending me, you are right I did not mean that literally. I understand that I come off as stupid on the subject because I am not a computer person, technology is just not a subject I know much about.
