So can we expect some tentacles and sperm monsters at tourneys now?

Lots o' hentai, of course.So... what kind of posts are we going to get on here now?
Don't worry, there are many other adult sites that would stir up controversy. Maybe shoot for a sponsorship by Paheal, or e621.I always wanted to fit gud at smash and be sponsored by *******.
But now this guy will be that guy who is sponsored by porn.
Miyamoto: Remember when we made a couple of short animated videos about the escapades of the Pikmin? Well, we've made more animated videos for viewing on our partner website Fakku of a very special variety...I think this could be the beginning of a wonderful relationship between Nintendo and Fakku. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
I'm super jealous, I've been reading so much futa there that you'd think they'll sign me.I'm very jealous.

Why? Are you saying that people are not allowed to get to together to share the things they like if it isn't something you approve of?Kind of disturbed organized hentai communities exist
Real hentai enthusiasts go to Japan and buy the hard copies to support the author.Fakku is for scrubs who don't know how to get past the sad panda on Exhentai. Real hentai enthusiasts use Exhentai.
Define "prude." And that's a fine attitude to have! "I hope I offended someone." What a callous thing to say.The more prudes this offends the better.
Smashboards has, up until now, been a staunchly all-ages environment. You can't even say the English word that Fakku's name comes from, and yet here we are, advertising porn sites on the front page?
So I can't say ****, but you guys can advertise places I can see people ****ing? Where is the logic?
I can't say we were advertising them hard, we warned people full and well what the website was and if they don't want to see that kind of thing to NOT go look., We never directly linked the website at any point in the article either, you HAVE to go out of your way to find this stuff after the article, and if you DID go out of your way you probably either wanted to see it or knew what you were getting into. People can take some responsibility for their own actions as well. For those who do not know, hentai is a subgenre of the Japanese genres of manga and anime, characterized by overtly sexualized characters and sexually explicit images and plots. FAKKU is by far a website not safe for work and those interested in learning more about the company should take care and follow all pertinent laws involving the viewing of adult related materials.
Well I guess calling @Now don't misunderstand me. What Coastword does on his own streams and channels is his responsibility, but the front page of Smashboards isn't the place to publicize his every exploit. I see this as a mistake on @LiteralGrill part, and whoever oversees or edits what he posts.
I would still maintain we are a family friendly website. We aren't flaunting the website, we're telling people "yes, someone in Smash was sponsored by a facet of adult industry" and we talked to him about how that went and what he thinks it means for our entire community which will have to deal with the development whether they like it or not as it HAS happened. We have had to cover other sensitive topics in the past and not turned away, and I hope we wont in the future either.Either keep Smashboards a family-friendly place OR don't. Don't flip-flop and flounder between the two. Show some spine. If you believe in tact and decency in the name of innocent eyes, uphold that standard. If you believe in freedom to flaunt porn sites, then don't play footsie. Go ahead, let it all hang out. Put your money where your mouth is.

Look at the original post you're referring to. In his comment @PsychoIncarnate did not suggest the entire hentai community be abolished because he doesn't approve of it. He simply said he's disgusted about it, that's it. He didn't say anything about forcing this disapproval of his, just that it exists. Seems like you two are just over-reacting.Basically that
How dare people form an online community to discuss a common interest! Smashboards needs to go.
I never said they said that. I am simply expressing my disgust that people got together and formed an organised community over smash bros.Look at the original post you're referring to. You're welcome to not like it, but this is news, and something that the community will be dealing with whether you like it or not now that Coastward is sponsored by them. Better to address it directly and respectfully than pretend like it doesn't exist.Lots of things
