[Important] Super Smash Bros. Tier List Voting (RESULTS ARE IN)

Hello Super Smash Bros. fans alike, I am The Hooded Informant. This is a voting for all of you to decide upon. All I need to know is this; your name, how good you are and, most importantly, your vote on the tiers.

This is to make a new official tier list, so we can all be satisfied.

The Example of what I want is as follows:

Name: The Hooded Informant (The Observer)
How Good I Am: I am a great smasher. I play online mainly to have fun, or go to competitions, often ranking 1st place in all fights. I play with either the keyboard or a GCN controller, and fight my friends.

Average starts from 1.0 and ends at 10.0

I do it like so:
-I count the character's score, from 1st-12th, add another part of the score where the character is at from the voter. (Example: Captain Falcon: 1+12+5+6+2+8+5+9+8+6+8)
-Then, I use means to average out the said character's position. I count the position of the character to the amount of voters. (Example: Captain Falcon: 64 total/11 voters = 6.36)
-Finally, I position the characters where they belong.

This is quite an oddity, as this has characters just skipping up and over most others.

Yo the wind is the worst, that **** has caused me to screw up an edge guard / fall of the map and get punished for it more times than I can count.

At least the tornados are random. That tree actually only blows where the players are. How messed up is that?

How Good I Am: I might not be the best of all smashers, but I've watched vids of the bests and none impressed me. I play a lot with my friends and I am considered as the best of the crew. I even beat Terry, whose Link is absolutely nasty (so fast and powerful).
