Yes, after looking awhile back, it turns out that 4 of PT's health has been lost due to typo. I am not lying. Repeat, I am NOT lying. The real list is this:

Turns out I myself made a mistake. That turn was actually out of shift. I thought that I healed a 12 o clock, but it turns out to be 11. My bad. To fix that..
