Are you dedede or something, Isaac is not third party, the Golden Sun was made by Camelot under and produced by Nintendo, so they own all the characters and rights. He's a very popular character and people request his next game for the DS and possibly the Wii all the time. He was even mentioned and voted on in Sakurai's Journal and poll.
