Nope, the game ends either:

1. When a characters points reach 0.
2. The Monday update arrives. (in the case of a stalemate)

I mean in the event of a tie at the time the update is released (which is already a tiebreaker in itself), it will go down sudden death style, which is the same way all the previous rounds have went.
