Hmm...just because it's huge doesn't mean it's cheap. It could possibly do little damage since it has such a wide range, and it probably only freezes at the higher percents like their down b did in melee. and you could MAYBE avoid it if you went to the edge of the stage (you can see available platforms at the ends of the stages)...doesn't seem like it reaches there.

..... yes you can dodge it.. just get pit and pray his multi-jumps, up b, and air dodges save you
