I wouldn't get your hopes up for the site. They are just gonna tell you mostly everything us smashboaders know, it's the site for the general population, you've already done the undercover work to find out a lot of stages, moves, items and such. They are just gonna tell the general population daily.

Honestly, I wouldn't watch it daily at first.. Next thing you should keep your eyes out for is an E3 press conference video.

I think it'll take a week to get to the TRULY new, but even hearing stale news
will CLARIFY what we've already seen, for example we saw the new damage meters,
and the day and night system was FULLY confirmed.

Well I can deffintly see stage names being confirmed, which is new. We will also learn the effects that they'll have, which is new. We will also be getting the music for the stages, which is new. We will learn what items are going to be in Brawl, which is new. We may learn what attacks everyone has, which would be new. And you suck, which isn't new. Stop getting us down man, we're happy :)

Britain, glaring at you **** yanks.
Daily weekly news confused me...are we getting news daily, or weekly?

My hopes weren't too high for the site, but it's good to see the composers. Hopefully they'll give us the lowdown on all the stages, as before we were to make our own assumptions.

Week-daily updates sounds a lot like "character-per-week" to me. Probably not all that soon. But quite possibly not in the far future.

Well, they released three news items the first day, so if we're lucky, there's three more tomorrow...

Even if we get info we already might know we would hear.. I want to SEE.. WITH MY EYES.
I want to SEE what the items look like.. I want to HEAR the music.
And if there are weekday updates.. 5 updates a week.. **** I am more then just happy.. I'm shocked. He could of done a weekly update or monthly update.

Oh.. and G4 and IGN know there is a press conference today. We will probably get a new video or info today.

So, the new website won't reveal anything new. Just stuff we already knew. For instance, I already knew that the composers for Kingdom Hearts, Actraiser, NiGHTS, Chrono Trigger, and others were involved with the game. I also knew that Battlefield would be returning with a dynamic background.

Please use the official discussion threads.
