I want to host an 8-man tournament.

Nothing official.
Nothing to win or lose.
Rules are:
3 stock.
No items.
Neutral stages which will be explained in a bit.
Meta Knight will be banned on the tournament.
I will be spectating the matches, if there is lag, I will quickly end the match and let the winner post the result for me.
If someone is not present at the time of his/her match, which I seriously doubt that will happen because well... there are 8 people...
They will be disqualified.
There will be 7 minutes to each match.

Stages are:
Battle Field.
Final Destination.
Smashville.
Delphino Square.
Lylat Cruise.
Yoshi's Island.
The Melee yoshi place who's name escapes me at the moment.
Both Pokemon Stadiums.
Halberd.
If you feel there should be more stages, do tell.
All other places are banned.

You shouldnt spectate matches seeing as you live in Brazil, that will cause so much lag.

If it lags in a way that would be uncomfortable to some, I would leave.
