Well. I hate the sheik vs. Falco match up. its so annoying.

I noticed you uaired falco when he was above you, like on a platform or something, a few times with very little success. I find that fairs, nairs and dairs are all superior options in most cases than the uair and bair(unless you can sweetspot consistantly)

I didnt notice to much needle cancelling. Idk maybe i missid it. mindgaming with needle cancel and double jump is real **** against falco.

The marth matchup was nice. I have to say tho that the marth wasnt that great. honstly no offense to him, i play a realllllly good marth and have seen that marth can really mess with some of your aerials approaches. if kevin had faired more he would have won the match.

overall-good stuff.

DI away from Falco combos. And combos in general.

When you B-throw Falco, SH Bair immediately is pretty good if you're right up against the edge. Often they jump into it, or it gives you a nice position to move to cover them not jumping into it.

You covered a lot of the simple things, though I would like to say that I cry when I see Sheiks land the U-smash and waste it by throwing needles. U-tilt and Uair give such beautiful follows after non-DIed U-smashes.

Lord (thanks for the feedback) :
Yeah I'ma stop (stop stop stop i meant stop) approaching falco while he's above me :bee: but I don't hate the match up as much anymore.

KevinM doesn't main marth and that wasn't one of the matches where he was trying I'm sure. It's just one of the ones I named/remembered. I'm gonna try and play Zoso's marth this weekend but I can't record. Well I can but it'll frame skip and have weird greenlines on it and probably not record audio *sigh*

KK (thanks for the feedback aswell) :
b-throw -> sh off the stage -> bair? I don't quite understand what you mean by sh bair, in my mind it seems like it would miss, video example?

yeah I don't think I was expecting to hit that upsmash haha, I would like to say I was planning on needle -> grab but I probably just panicked. I'm not gonna tech chase with upsmash *as much* anymore though after watching how many times I missed.

any other advice?

I could find more recent maybe but I don't feel like looking.

Dash attack tech chase on tech rolls becomes really, really good after 50 or so.

Boost grab is great below 50 on rolls.

Something you can do to counter predictable tech in place shine if you're slow is to WD or walk so that you're spaced to grab them, but have the shine whiff if they try it. Alternatively you can dash away --> dash back and dash attack, or grab. If you're smart, you can keep pressure this way even if you mess up (ie. don't throw dash attack at their shield).

Positioning yourself that way also lets you counter tech rolls in one direction (if you dash) or either direction if you're fast (the WD).
