I don't see why you don't use Link if you really like him, sure he's A LOT different than Melee's Link, but he's by no means a bad character.

its just...link feels so different then how i remembered him in melee...which makes sense since he's a whole new character(Twilight Princess Design And A Sorta New Move Set)

Low tier should not be a turn off, just means you gotta work harder with link, but ya i understand why you wanna move on, either way good luck and enjoy the game.
