I looked at the futureshop and best buy websites and i found this info on brawl

they both say the same thing Jiggs hasnt been announced yet and fox doesnt call air strikes

Actually, what it probably is, is that they already got the information for the game to put up. I think this actually confirms that Jigglypuff is in, and it's possible that the Fox part comes from SSE, or maybe his final smash. I mean the tank has to come from somewhere.

They were GIVEN that information by Nintendo, they did not write it themselves.

Again, I am very sure that companies do not write their own product details. Nintendo will give them the product details for the game.
