I hate sheik, I really do...AAAH!

I almost got 2 stocked by a sheik today, and seeing as how my percentage was 184%, and he was at 10% with an extra stock, it seemed all was lost.

If I played defensive, he would throw needles at me and attack during lag, if I played offensive she would dodge, hit me, then run away!

Every time I would go for a SHFFLed attack, he would just dash attack under me knicking my foot, and if he missed he would just save himself with those crazy fast tilts. I came back somehow, by getting a couple chain grabs :D. What do you guys do against a sheik like this?

The information there was stuff I already do, but this sheik is an *******. I 3 stocked the sheik before him :D.
