I can never find time for Marth's Dancing Blade

I recently switched over to Marth from Ike, and I've been having fairly good success locally. Problem is, while I use every single other one of Marth's move, the Dancing Blade I never use in a fast match. When would you say is the best time to use the move?

I usually use dancing blade for
-Building up general damage(finish with down)
-Getting more space then I probably need(finish with forward)
-Hitting spot dodgers(finish with down)
-Effectively get people into the air with a reliable attack(finish with up)
-Closing in on space and then respacing(finish with any)
-Top of my jumps for the extra vertical height =] when recovering(just the first hit)
-Stopping people from releasing a charged hit/charging hit for a move(dk's punch, another marth's shieldbreaker, etc.)

Hope that helps =] Honestly, just try using it for a few things that fit into your playstyle every so often and it'll slowly grow on you. The most useful part of it is actually just building up some good ol' damage.

the best time to do dancing blade is to punish someone. if they mess up and you can easily just turn around and dancing blade them since you can do it in any direction almost instantaneously. It racks up about 10%+ so use it when you see an opening that can easily be punished. ;)

This

And
- Dancing Blade refreshes your other moves. It also self-refreshes if you use different combination
- Comes out really fast (4 frames)
- Does a nice amount of damage (usually 14+ for forward and up, 17+ for down )

Thanks a lot guys, I'm starting to incorporate it based on your suggestions. It's a really useful move, though it does take getting used to.

I know, so if one is used to playing Melee Marth, coming back to Brawl Marth and trying to use Dancing Blade is difficult getting used to

If timed correctly, a dthrow to dancing blade works really well at low percentages. This is the only time that I feel safe using dancing blade in a fast-paced battle.

I think I've now fully implemented it into my play style. Getting used to it from the Melee version was had, but I think I've got it now. Much thanks everyone.
