I'm guessing there will be a hero roster and a villain roster. My guess for the three people left on the hero side are Tingle, and characters to represent Din and Farore (I think Lana represents Nayru)

The Villain roster will likely have the 3(?) villains exclusive to this game, in addition to Ganondorf, Skull Kid/Majora, Zant, Vaati, etc, etc.

We'll know for sure real soon. Right now, though, it's pure speculation. The Direct will begin only in a few more hours.

Yeah, I'm a bit disappointed we didn't hear more about the main story mode or the possibility of online play, but i've always enjoyed the spin off dynasty warriors games more than the main entries in the series. Empires, Gundam, and now Hyrule are going to be real fun to sit down and play a quick round before bed.
