Does anyone know if there is a hyrule castle 64 stage for melee? I NEED IT

I'm curious too. Hyrule Castle is my favourite stage of all time, would love it in my favourite Smash Game :)

Is it just not possible to import/hack the stage into melee or did no one had the leisure to make it?

It's probably possible in some way shape or form, but there's only like 2.5 people on this planet that would even know where to begin with this. Zero of which are actively working on Melee stage hacking, last I heard.

There is little-to-none stage hacking documentation out there.
