Team Dignitas has found success in other gaming scenes, carrying teams for Heroes of the Storm, Counter Strike: Global Offensive, Smite, Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds, and a number of streamers. For his part, HugS has gone through three sponsors in his storied Melee career: he has been a member of Frequency Gaming, Dream Team, and Selfless Gaming. Unfortunately, none of these sponsors proved to last even a year for HugS. Lucky has had similar issues with sponsorship, being a fellow member of Selfless Gaming for only a short period of time. With Team Dignitas being well-established in other, more conventional esports scenes, it’s hopeful that HugS and Lucky will both find security and success with the brand in the future.
