Texas is the best state in the SW, a top 3 state in the USA, and better than the entire MW. I hope that helps.

Our skill is higher slightly higher than florida's imo. I also personally don't think cali is better than us but i'll concede on that one. Plus NJ/Ny is obviously the best lol.

We went to AZ about a year ago and destroyed them. They might be a little deeper but our top players definitely outclass their top.

Our smash scene (Utah) has some pretty amazing top players, but our scene is really small, so it goes steeply downhill from there. I (Someone who only plays at tourneys) can easily play equally with a few people who are supposedly in our top 10.

Our melee scene was great, but most of the people from back then have left, so... yeah.

I hardly know what other scenes are like, so I can't give a very accurate ranking.

X is still amazing though and I love him. And also what Kira said, being "2nd best" in southwest really doesn't mean anything.

No iirc Sinz was up there as well.
