There is no way to get rid of it. Sorry. A workaround for just listening to things in My Music would be to move the control stick every 3 mins or so (3 mins is how long it is until audio fades).

Ever had more than two Smash setups at a Smashfest? The noise pollution at events when people aren't playing on systems is tremendously annoying. I love this feature.

You could also just use the Wifi set so that the timer is extended to 9 mins.

But yeah, this code is added for the convenience of having multiple set ups in an enclosed location.

If you unplug your controller and plug it back in while the joystick is pressed to the side, it should move the cursor even when you let it go.
See if this stops the music from fading. I haven't tried it myself.

Doing what libertyernie says will work. The code checks to see if the stick is centered, so resetting it to the side will keep the audio from fading.

Not always viable.

Also, don't forget tourneys. Where there are dozens of set ups that will be on at the same time. you cant really ask everyone to turn down the TV then. :/

It's a feature of convenience. And with a method to disable it for however long you want, there shouldn't be a problem now.

Have you ever been to a tournament? That doesn't ever happen. This code is a lifesaver.
