I just got beat by one yesterday, and I'm just wondering as to how to take down someone who copies every roll you make, then meets you with a smash attack...

Hard to say. You're not very specific. But Pikachu should be a relatively easy matchup for Falco.

Yes, but....how would I describe this?
Let's see.....well, everywhere I go, he follows, and I stand there, about 10 feet away. He and I just stand there, and I don't know whether to dash attack him, then attack again, then perhaps up throw, shine, then dair; OR to launch an air attack, which is sure to get me thunder'd.

On a side note.....

Can't Pika's thunder be reflected? It happened to me when I was Pichu, Fox did it all the time. But it doesn't seem to work with his.

most of ure attacks priority >>> pika's

read ure opponent b4 assuming. then follow up with basic combos like shine to d-air, n-air, b-air. If ure opponent starts to DI, change it up to suit the DI. Don't be stale in ure moves, be unpredictable.

All the basic techniques u need to know and if u roll, don't, just plz dont, pika can punish with up smash.
wavedash, l-cancel, jump out of shield to attack is very good too.

Isn't thunder pretty easy to dodge? I'd stay in the air most of the time. Thunder has a huge lag so you can punish him for using it, right?

Lol, Thunder can be reflected so you don't take damage, BUT thunder has blue sparks around it on the ground that will hurt you regardless of reflection, you really have to Reflect the thunder above the ground. Say we're at Battlefield..Falco on a platform, Pika underneath. If Pika thunders I'm pretty sure Falco reflects it. Also if you're getting thundered Bait the Thunder in the air. Reflect or dodge it, and either let that lead into a Dair if you stay airborne.. or a charged F-smash if you can make it to the ground.

I tried reflecting in the air. Pika wasn't harmed at all...
Some glitch, MAYBE, but he thundered me alot, I went up to punish him, and he was still fine. One heck of a glitch, and not saying that because he got me.
I know his strat, and he's going down.

The attack isn't coming from Pika, so he wouldn't be harmed. Tha attack is coming from above you. If you go above him he thunders, and you reflect in it the air, you can just drop down, and dair him after your shine. Good luck taking him down.

Is Thunder really that troublesome? I didn't think Thunder would be able to hit anyone except for part of combos or when the enemy is high in the air.

I know NOW.....I think I'll go for the advantage and choose Marth, once I've taken his Marth down.

The reason being, we have a thing called the elite four at school, and currently, he's the champ. So, we choose 6 characters, and try and up our rank. I'm second to best, so I have to take down the champ.

He shouldn't be too hard, as I chose Pichu, Falco, Marth, Roy, Dr.Mario, and Link.
Yes, I know Link, Roy, and PICHU aren't the best, but I know things he doesn't.
Too bad that I'm not sure if he knows how to L Cancel or not......I told him, but he's........I don't know.

But yeah, Roy and Link are good....if you know how to use them.
