How can I use Brawl Falco in Project M?

4.0 should add a new space animal that utilize's Brawl Falco techniques, tailored to work in PM. Brawl Falco was a legit and unique character, and while I get why they reverted Falco back to his Melee state, it's a shame to lose that new character's attributes.

i have an incredibly similar issue. my primary playing partner is a HUGE fan of Brawl Snake, and he HATES the change of the side B (from stinger missiles to a kindve awful tranquilizer)
