that's just because fox and falcon are fun to play.Lolno, it's not even close. I literally can't think of a player that doesn't play Fox or Falcon except Kabal.
Isn't that statement contradicting, like wouldn't you need good reaction speed to keep up with fast characters?fast characters are great because people with meh reaction speed like me can use their speed
what? really?Reaction time is not that important in Smash.
I can't tell you how many times I've seen Falcos and Foxes drop like a goddamn rock to their death after being edgeguarded by a jab. Seems to me like reaction time would come in handy there...Reaction time is not that important in Smash.
When that happens to me, most of the time it's because I mis-timed my up-B too early, while still in hitstun, and then had a brain-fart staring in idiotic stunned disbelief at the screen wondering why my character didn't jump. The time it takes to fall from the edge of any stage to the lower blast line is a second or two, much more than the ~200 ± 50 milliseconds of average normal human reaction time.I can't tell you how many times I've seen Falcos and Foxes drop like a goddamn rock to their death after being edgeguarded by a jab.
