It's a collaboration of clips I collected since I started playing Smash Wii U. Watch in 1080p or else! Default moveset except for just one clip with Dragon Rush.

I don't know if I should totally publicize this yet, as I feel I'm missing some substance. Currently it's unlisted. I just wanted to share what I learned so far. Plus it's an enjoyable watch imo! All of these clips are just reads, and it's important to apply the right move for the right situation. But if anyone's got some cool suggestions I can test on people or if you think screw it just make it public to everyone then feel free to lemme know! Hope you enjoy

Too bad, I'm sharing this in my local Smash Facebook group. The Zard mains will dig it.

I enjoy your work Mr. Bloodcross, you sure know how to clear stocks and I respect that.

Hey, how you are liking the new customs environment? I run Dragon Rush and Rising Cyclone, but did you find any other custom gems for Charizard?

I like Dragon Rush and Rock Hurl the most. I haven't really theory crafted with the other moves yet, though.

Also it's public now. screw it lol

The music was cool but I think I made it better when the music in the background and this was playing simultaneously

Really cool. The dragon rush clip was so fun to watch. I am stealing that Flamethrower gimp on Diddys, the b-reverse makes it so strong if you get on the other side of them. Do you have any more offline footage?

Nice video, I thought I was the only one that did run off stage > reverse flamethrower on diddy. I'm definitely stealing nair > run off stage > follow-up, thats good stuff

My absolute favorite thing from the video is the Nair -> Run off ledge Fair. That thing is so viable and still I hadn't thought of it at all.

Saw it on reddit yesterday. But here I can say that you sir are an inspiration.
I'm taking the Flare Blitz gimps out of stage and the jumping Rock Smash KOs to practice myself. Thanks.

That video taught me it was possible to reverse the direction of flamethrower so thank you. Can't believe I didn't know about such an important move until now. Been using it a bit online and it's amazing.
Also I like your use of D-air, I hardly ever use it because it requires good reads so I opt for forward and down smash near the ledge since it's nearly impossible for them to avoid it during their Up Special. The timing is so precise but it feels good when you land it. You have inspired me though to mix it up a little by using D-air more often.

You are a Zard god. :4charizard:

I always thought I was great at Zard but you're on a whole nother level.

It's encouraging to see that you use Fly just like I do though. Not enough Zards realize that it's amazing as a kill move.

Those meteors tho.

Great stuff. I hope to see another set, maybe with more custom moves, sometime. =)

As an aspiring Zard main, this is awesome. A lot of things I can't wait to start using. However, I cannot condone the use of Salsa Verde zard ;)

yo, back throw at low percents!

buttt dthrow leads to good tech chase options and positional advantage as well from what ive seen here. so thats some good stuff too, especially against characters who flat out avoid all back throw to something follow ups (like diddy, megaman, etc...).

Hiya there, I'm in the middle of scripting a Charizard video guide for my channel. Mind if pull a couple of clips from this collection as examples? They provide some very good visual samples to what I'm explaining. I'll be sure to site :)

P.S. Your Zard is awesome, part of the reasons it's one of my pocket mains. Keep up the good work! =D

That first clip against Rob was awesome to watch. Is bthrow to nair to utilt an actual true combo against floaties?

I too also main Charizard as a secondary.

I'm loving the clip with Dragon Rush. I never thought you could compete with Villager's recovery like that.

I tested it a bit and from what I saw:
On most characters it works from 0%-30%.
It has to be the sour spot of nair too, so not the flame on the tail.

Lighter characters: :4gaw:,:4jigglypuff: it stops working around 20%.

Shorter characters: :4pikachu:, :4duckhunt:,:4kirby:,:4metaknight:, and :4olimar:
rarely work since they have to be very close to be hit with up tilt from the ground.

As for :4luigi:, he slides too far to be hit by uptilt at all.
