Hershey PA tourney : Results posted.

Doors open at 10am. Singles will begin at 11. Doubles will begin shortly after singles end with a lunch break in between. Please be sure to bring your own controller, and if you can a cube and a tv. It would be much appreciated!

Once again since this is a free tournament (due to the amount the library would charge me if i charged money), the prizes will come in forms of donations from various stores. Mostly from the Harrisburg East Mall. I managed to pull in around 20 prizes for the last tournament. Hopefully more this time around.

free... but that term is rather loose. gas isnt free, nor is housing ( although that's not usually a big issue in the smash community)

well like i said, i'd charge money but the library takes a large sum off the top. and yeah, if anyone needs housing mine is open. we usually have a few crash here the night before as is .

ok. but thats generally the problem when you try to have people travel to come to smashfests, or tournaments that are just for fun. people don't want to come way out of their way unless it was worth it. like i didnt mind traveling to play cape and mow, because they had alot of experience to offer.

So take a ride out to this one. The more people you play = More valuable than playing Cape & Mow once.

maybe you'll get lucky and one of them or someone else is going that is good , on that note i will be going though i think just for the day of the tourny and im almost positive Dot_Eater is coming with me im not taking anyone else except maybe Cactuar if he desides to come

boyd said a definite maybe.. him and i played a bit on sunday and i think he found his falco shoes again . so i'm thinking he will. call him and harass him about it.

as for chocolate... hmmmm . i dunno if companies like hershey would think a small video game tourney would be good enough advertising for them to donate, but who knows. i'll try that pitch next tourney . red bull seemed willing, but i gota fill out paperwork in order to get that through. i do so hate paperwork.

im thinking mid to end of march for the next one. i'll give plenty of notice. i'll get the vids up as soon as i can. the past 3 days have been just work and sleep due to the weather (being in service management, **** snow). if i'm slick enough i can have the next one at the arcade at the harrisburg east mall, which means there will be a cash payout, and more new faces to play.
