well... the main thing u need to do is SPACE.... spacing is the key, because toon link's sword range doesnt go too far. watch out for his wall of pain cuz that can be a killer, use the broken disjointed hit box snake has with his f-tilt and u-tilt to get outta tight situations. yes i am going to say this again SPACING IS THE KEY. you dont hav to worry about his projectiles too much cuz either jump over them or duck under them, mostly duck under his SHDA

his spot dodge kills your ftilt, so mix up ur tilts/grabs

bair edgeguard them to a stage spike when they use their upb

use nades so they cant conroll the stage with their projectiles

when they use dairspot dodge so tehy cant bounce off of you for another dair or just roll away

im 3-1 against melito (that tlink in the video) in sets, but thats wifi

Camp more than that guy unless u wanna be agressive just do it smart and memeber shield dropped nades annoy swordsmen (not done carelessly tho).

stay on the ground and spam that annoying f-tilt some more. Nothing TL can do to stop it except try to outcamp. Or you could face that a cartoon character just beat up "the manliest character in the game"
