Yeah, right after you SH, Do the dair, and usually the first and last stomps will hit. the first "Stuns" then and the last sends them flying.

but most of the time it connects first two or three then they get out of it.

well dair isnt dat great. its really situational.
u can do better moves to rack up damage.

I guess you can press up on the joystick and then down on the C-stick simultaneously. The c-stick should be moved down, slightly after you move the joystick up.
