Help with Pivot Grab?

Could some one explain the pivot grab to me and how it exactly works. Is it grabbing some one from behind or what?

It's basically just a turn grab. You run, push the control stick in the opposite direction, then grab. You can probably find this information on the smash bros. dojo, or just somewhere else on this website.

Yup, Ilucamy said it right. You run (not walk), turn around and press Z (or whatever button you have to grab) basically right after the turn.
