help with move sets

I have my team of pokemon but I don't know what moves to give them yet. as of now they are all lvl 1 so I can change or give them anything right now. all I know is what evs to give the pokemon not moves, so will ya help? If you think there is a huge flaw in my team please point it out, I don't care if you alter some of my pokemon either any help is appreciated

Just off the top of my head:

Alakazam: needs Calm Mind
Jolteon: Thunderbolt/Agility/Baton Pass/Thunderwave (you dont need thunder)
Weavile: should have Ice Shard or Ice punch (but these are egg moves soo...)
Night Slash/Brick Break/Aerial Ace/Avalanche (NO GIGA IMPACT)
Blastoise: Surf/Ice Beam/Rapid Spin/Er, Earthwuake?

when you say luster cannon, dont you mean gyro ball?
and i think you can replace magnet rise with something else as
1. magnezone is not fast enough to use it properly
2. thinking(or altering to) that magnezone is fast enough to use it conflicts with gyro ball.
3. a switch on an upcoming earthquake is more effective

Luster Cannon goes off Magnezone's massive Special Attack while Gyro Ball, although Magnezone is slow, goes off Magnezone's base 70 Attack.

there is no move called luster cannon in the english release, so i thought he meant gyro ball, but it was actually flash cannon that would be appropriate for magnezone's spattck. however, like ripple said, he did not want to use magnezone anyways, so disagreeing atthis point is moot. And it should be noted that my fault was caused by Iluvcelebii's usageof japanesse names such as "grass rope"
