Request Help with Launching Projectiles with Crazy Hand 1.31

Hey!
I'm new to Smash modding, but for the past couple hours, I've been trying to make an OP Jigglypuff mod. One of my ideas was to make it so that neutral-air fires Fox's laser, and uses a hitbox at the same time.

I ran into a couple of errors:
- Spawn Projectile (Achilles)
I tried using the Spawn Projectile (Achilles) option many times, assigning velocity, offset and the code for Fox's laser. I readjusted the code a couple times, never worked.

- Hex Shortened?
I was looking through forum posts from the past about launching projectiles and I saw one with Luigi being assigned a fireball and a code for spawning. This was from Punkline back in 2016, and it shows a state with a large code that exceeds 8 characters:


Does anyone know how to make fighters without projectiles, fire projectiles? That's my current goal, and I need some help.

Hey, the reason I think Fox's projectile is not spawning is because it's usually only loaded in when Fox is in the match.

I suggest instead using a Pokemon projectile :)

I tried using the projectile with Fox on the stage and it still didn't work, and I tried using Ho-oh and Suicune's projectiles with no luck. :(

Perhaps they are spawning, and you don't notice them?

2 frames is definitely hard to see, try raising the frame duration to 100 and see if it works.

I also suggest giving maybe 16 as the Y Offset and 7 as the x offset, you can adjust from there.

Are you wanting the projectile to travel straight? Giving it Y velocity makes it go up.





I still don't suggest testing with Fox's laser, you should try something like "Staryu's star"

Huh, didn't realize that the duration was in frames. Man, I'm dumb. The offsets/velocities were for something before the laser.
Other than that, I tried Staryu's Star and it didn't work. I also tried (for extra measures) the Fox laser with Fox with the suggested parameter and it still doesn't seem to bother. I'm beginning to think it's better off without the projectile, it's too much hassle. Thanks for the help anyways!

My god, I didn't even realize that's what I had to do :/
Guess that explains why Achilles' name is on the state.
Where can I find this? I checked the code manager and I couldn't find it anywhere.
EDIT: I found the code, I am going to try this again.
EDIT: Oh my god, it works. Man, I guess going into modding blind may have been a bit of a dumb decision :p

Haha yeah, I didn't know you had to do stuff like that when I started either, I was a complete noob : P
