Help UTDZac get to Viridian City 8!

Viridian City 8 is going to be awesome and bigger than ever!

Especially with a awesome new (AND BIGGER!) venue, we gotta pack this in with all the coolest and best people we can get!

Currently we have our sights set on Havok from California and UTDZac from Texas, heard of em, right?

We would love for them to come and they would like to as well in return but flights are expensive :/

That's where you all come in! We are holding donations to help get these players here to the East Coast to attend one of the coolest tourneys of the season.

Why would anyone want to fly you out somewhere? lol. Havok is extremely good and one of the nation's best players, and UTD Zac has been ******, and it would be awesome to see how he would do in this region.

I'll put $30 to UTD Zac at the next tourney I see you at Alex. Are you going to Doom's event this weekend? (Havok's cool too but I don't have much to donate, and I assume Havok's going to get more donations... I look forward to seeing both though! :D)

UTD Zac has helped me and supported me a lot throughout the last year and is a good friend of mine. But my opinion still stands. I'm more interested in the community and interesting tournaments, I guess.

I don't think I could ever care about brawl enough to the point where I would donate top players money in order to make myself think I'm better than I am at the game bc they are my friends.

I'm sure they're cool people. I wish them luck getting there, but making a thread asking for money from top players who win it anyway is in bad taste imo. I'll leave it alone though.

I very much wanted to come to this. Alex has been trying and trying his butt off to get to shipped to one of his tournaments (including apex2010), but I just haven't been able to make any of them. College Tuition ate up all of my savings from my summer job, that and rent being a buttload hurts. I've been trying harder at local tourneys to save up money to make this, but the overall cost of a plane ticket is just really hard on me right now.

For everyone that helps me get out there, even if they donate only a $1, I'll make you guys something... idk what... but I'll do it. Maybe something in Minecraft xD

Knock it off with the trolling guys, this is like a Brawl version of the "Good Player Fund" that Waffles started, and that was a hit. It created hype for tournaments that used it, gave Waffles a player to upload matches of that he didn't normally upload matches of, and gave a good player a chance to shine in a region he doesn't typically play in. Everyone wins, really.

And you don't HAVE to donate, it's optional. That's what a donation is. You're literally whining over nothing.

I WILL however request that tons of videos from the event go up. Gotta give the people what they paid for, right?
