Hello from Megagirl

Hello, folks. I'm new to this board, and pretty new to Smash. "My" fighting games have always been the Capcom fighters, (and Tekken 3) and I've kind of given Smash a pass until I got the 3DS version and the appeal finally "clicked" for me. I'm loving Ultimate, and want to get better by playing with people at my level. I haven't really played much online so far because the fighting randos bit doesn't do a whole lot for me.

My main is MegaMan, and my secondary is probably going to be either Young or Toon Link. Not sure. I'm probably one of the older people here..... my first video game was Pong, so..... yeah. There's that.

Anyway, I'm here for the community, and the fun.

Hey Mega Girl! Welcome. Roll sure is a cutie, isn't she? I think you're in the right place for finding people of an appropriate skill level. You may wish to check out Smash Discords for your favorite characters. There's one for almost every character in the game! They usually have info on that character and guides on how to get better with them, up to and including matchmaking channels for people looking to match up with other players of these characters.
