Heavy characters not viable?

I consider Shulk a heavy. He's heavier than Bowser when in shield monado stance. I usually always go in shield stance when over 100%, I build up enough damage and rage to get a surprise counter KO usually.

I just want to point out that Villager's aerial attacks can stop anything on the heavier side.
