Sup Dude! You live on Maui! Sweet!!! I'm coming up to Maui in July and I was looking for people to play with while I'm up there. I want to play against you and all of your friends!!!
As for tournaments we usually make our own here on Oahu. PlaynTrade only holds tournaments here like once a month or less.

a hardcore group of friends and i play brawl about 3-4 times a week down at UH, cuz we dorm. weʻre living in frear hall next year (fall 2008-spring 2009) and weʻre always looking for new competition. if you anyone is interested in having a tourney just let me know! if anyone dorms at UH and play smash you should definitely play us.
