Yesterday, I went to my best friends house, Dane. And after hanging out there for a while, Dane, his brother, Peter, Peter's friend, Josh, and I all started playing brawl. I'm quite obviously the best one there. All three of 'em used just a Wii remote as a controller, (I used a Gamecube controller,) they all wanted to have items on, and the picked stages such as 75m, New Pork City, etc. And even though I bugged them non-stop, they still kept the same settings.
Anyways, we started playing. Dane as Kirby, (he's the second-best there) Peter as random, and Josh as Pikachu!!! (MY MAIN!!!) And since I absolutely loathe Pikachu dittos I chose me secondary, Ike. AS the game progressed, I totally whooped them. At the end of the 3-stock matches, I was usually left with two stocks left to spare. And since I could beat them with almost anybody I chose other characters I'm not so bad with like Snake, Meta Knight, Ice Climbers, King DeDeDe, and Captain Falcon. The only reasons I would ever loose, (which only happened twice) was when they would say "EVERYONE GET WILL!!!!" Or when I was hit with a Bob-omb.
This was fun, actually! I'm not trying to complain. And the best part was when Josh got tired of Pikachu ('cuz all he did was spam Thunder,) and asked "who should I use?" And Peter replied, "anyone; I think all the characters are pretty balanced." I fell off the table I was sitting on at that moment.
There were also other moments like that when someone would say "Wario SUCKS!!!" Or "Pit's like the best character."
So in the end, I probably picked up a bad habit or two, but it was pretty fun. And I'm wondering, have any of you guys had any moments like this one?
