somethings that need to be noted.

1) oos incentive is only for brawl. In-state incentive is unnoted at this time until i talk to the venue owner.

2) housing at legendary games is limited to 30 until said otherwise. The nearest housing noted is an hour and a half to colombus, but that's only if alpha really feels like housing -.-

3)Free entry for setups will stop once we're set on setups. Obviously being first to the tourney has it's advantages since this is the case,

4)to make sure things go well friendlies will not be permitted until stated otherwise, and when they are, they will be designated to certain stations.
