We're not sure what we'll do for staff, but I think we'll need some. We will definitely need help setting up and taking down setups so anyone can help with that. That'd be cool.

OKAY! I finally got some ideas for posters. This is the sloppy copy of the poster idea I had in mind but I'm shooting for original drawings of the Smash characters in fighting poses. A good example of the finished product would be this image right here. It just reeks of detail, good poses, and everything else that's good. Of course, as I said, there would be Smash Bros. characters instead of the other characters.

Okay, basically I am wondering who from MN is planning on going... I know Nomek drove up there last time, and I think someone else did too... basically I'm looking for a ride... I can pretty much get anywhere in and around MN, but I'd rather not drive up to HJ myself...

I'll most likely be driving there again so if people in the Twin Cities area want to ride in the sweetest Smash driving car, then send me a PM.

Heyyy, just for everyone's information, the date will for sure be August 10th-12th now, the date we wanted we couldn't get. Sorry if this is an inconvenience to anyone.

On the plus side, we'll get unlimited Pepsi and Mt. Dew, and the room rentals are looking really good. We're going to shoot for fundraisers (GH2 tournament at a high school) so we can raise some spending money for advertising and food, TV rentals, whatever we need money for.

So is Aug. 10th-12th a good date?

It'll be a much greater shame without my good Tar to play with And I'm not even sure when college'd start for me, hopefully I can stay in the area...

If it's any consolation and I would hate to speak for everyone's schools on this, colleges seem to start in very late August to early September.

Tomorrow Steve and I are going to talk to the Gaming and Leisure coordinator about this, they will then run it by the union board to okay the venue or not. Cross your fingers everyone.

You should have crews that would be tight. Hj4 was good, just the food thing have everyone throw in an extra 5$ or something, and old school singles tourney for a 1$
