Speaking of which, I had dreamt once he was in the game but he was less realistic and more toony, almost a parody of himself, but still a though guy. Something like sarge Chip Asa of Small Soldier. And he was more fitting with the rest of the characters.

Oh! Well, if we are dropping to the wet level then let me tell you about that time I dreamt Barbara The Bat was in the game and her clothes were more detailed than in her drawings or in her Brawl Version. So detailed you could actually see the zip of her top and of her pants, not to mention the frame structure of her cups. And considering the details added to the 8-big Megaman design, it was pretty plausible.

Last night, there was one portion of my dream that was disconnected from the sequence of events of the rest. The new Smash game was an altered version of Melee where the only new characters were a random Fire Emblem lord who I cannot recognize and NiGHTS, except its body proportions were... disproportionate. The Battlefield stage's music was replaced with Theme of a Tragedic Revenge, which would explain why NiGHTS was there.

I dreamt that instead of the coin mode there was a "bunny mode". Little bunnieslike the ones of Super Mario 64 and Super Mario Galaxy, coming out of your opponents as you hit them. And they were in various colours, sizes, and values: brown, light brown, blonde, cream, white, light pink.
Do you think it's enough crazy to work?
Actually the only character I really saw bleeding bunnies (and doves) is this:

A couple of days ago I dreamed that Tin Tin from the Adventures of Tin Tin was playable and he had his own trailer, showing off his moves and even his own stage (which seemed to be the dock seen at the end of recent Spielberg movie). About half way through the trailer though he ripped off his face to reveal that it was Waluigi but it wasn't the regular Waluigi, it was the Brawl in the Family Waluigi. He started to beat up the characters before somehow breaking the forth wall and traveling back in time to the 1960's to perform on stage with Jefferson Airplane. It was probably the funniest dream I had in over a year.

and I remember that there was a menu that displayed all the unlockable characters before you even played the game and gave you the requirements to unlock them, not even allowing for spoilers and speculation, just straight up telling us the full, ****ty roster... and I was ENJOYING the game...

I remember dreaming this as well. Really weird that we would both dream up the same feature.

Also in my dream there was also a weird roster including Nintencat who was my favorite new character (in the dream)

Once, I had a dream where I was watching a SSB trailer from my 3DS. It was game footage for Adventure Mode on a Yoshi's Island-ish scrolling stage, and then I realized that the trailer was actually a demo. Naturally, I started playing it, and realized that Crash Bandicoot was a playable character, and one of the stages was Polar Pass from Crash Team Racing (well, it was a graphically remastered version of the track on that game. I was literally just playing CTR). That was interesting, in and within itself, because I haven't played a Crash game in forever, and prefer he stay far away from Smash Bros.

There was another time that they revealed Waluigi and Rosalina on the website, along with Bayonnetta (or however it's spelled), Wonder Red, and a bunch of stupid alternate costumes for Mario characters. There was Beach Time Mario, which was short sleeved overall Mario from Sunshine with green shoes, Kart Bowser, which was literally just Bowser holding a steering wheel, Scuba Diving Mario, etc. I was disappointed, needless to say, even before waking up.

There was ALSO the time that they revealed Mr. Game & Watch. They made a trailer for him, called "Great Thief Game & Watch". The next morning, they confirmed Pikmin & Olimar.

This thread is very entertaining.

I dreamt about a stage that floated around this Moses-style parted ocean with water spraying all over the place in the background, like it was a giant abstract water show. There was no sky visible, like the entire stage was dominated by water. Behind the platform were silhouettes of giant monstrous characters from Nintendo games like Ridley and Giygas, like they were lurking in the water watching the battle. It was trippy and scary lol.

I dreamed that James Bond was playable and was introduced in the classic Bond intro style (y'know, shoot the camera and all that), as well as Kitana from Mortal Kombat (My least favourite MK character mind you) and Preston the Robot Dog from Wallace and Gromit. Bond's stage was literally just a white space where he walks in the intro, Kitana's was some kind of space station, and Preston's was Rainbow Road from Mario Kart.

Time ago, I just remembered, I had a dream about the story mode where, after the whole group of heroes was assembled, they met a fortuneteller that told them there was a rotten apple in their group. And while all the clues were much evidently pointing at Barbara The Bat (Sonic was the first to dubt of her cuz she reminded him of someone he does know), in the end it came up they were nothing but red herrings, and the real backstabber was Luigi.
