Gunz: The Dual

I lost my pc to a power surge like 6 months ago and i had to reinstall gunz... did it always have this little rock's pace torrent problem back then? I've been at 1.60% for almost an hour now... Is there any way to speed it up, or am i doomed to wait an eternity and a half to get to the action?

Sorry, cairne13, but you can't do anything about it just have to sit there until it's finished or make sure that computer's firewall is off when updating! Enjoy "owning again". What day/time do you normally play online and what server?
Oh, man computer crashed due to powersurge...figures! Same thing happened to me just not to long ago last year. What type of computer you have?

There will not be any news. The last update gave 1 new map and updated xtrap. People are trying to play Ingunz and Jgunz since they both have quest mode but you can't since they are both for only Japanese(gunz.) Indian(gunz.).
The game itself is fun for a few months but gets tireing over the same kind of battles and stuff like that.~Those photos above are shopped to hell. O_O~
I've been in the game since a month after it's release and I pretty much quit a few weeks ago.
Someone has been messing with the files haven't they? Either shopped or messed with those pics are neat.

WHOAOMG this thread is old >_> I torrented GunZ a day ago after not playing it for a hell of a long time. Now I've got the 999 Ping problem, and the GunZ Official Forum was closed so I searched "gunz 999 ping" on Google and found this thread where I posted on the first page lol
So if anybody's got ideas on how to solve the 999 ping... I've tried Port Forwarding, setting router to forward 7700 ~ 7800 and it doesn't work.

Admin/Mod: DO NOT DELETE THIS THREAD DUE TO INACTIVITY AFTER 3 years.
Normally you'd see my old "Rwing_Wurm_Champ" account bumping this thread. Unfortunately that will never be possible, due to whatever set-up Gideon implemented --that makes user(s) name vanish when a user is inactive for too long (I'm assuming...). It also didn't help that an Admin Kirby King couldn't find it.
So from now on. This user name is all you will see -updating new information relating to Gunz.

I'm honestly shocked at the new overhaul this company has done in such a short amount of time. New web layout design, forum is better organized, provides Gold or Silver Membership, even have partnered up with multiple servers hosting and providing Gunz download.

I'm playing gunz still lol. and what has changed since it's beginnings? absolutely everything. most technical game ever, more than SSBM or SC.
the game has sort of died because of poor management (premiums) and no one decided to fix ping or balance the game combat styles other than swords.
