http://wii.ign.com/articles/780/780807p1.htmlI love guitar hero, but if nintendo tries to do it with the wiimotes and not a guitar, Im gonna have to pass. Its just not gonna be the same.
I suppose I would like it more, if it weren't for the fact that They Might Be Giants released a song called "Dead", which, by coincidence I suppose, deals with a man on his deathbed, recalling his life and how no one loves seeing him as he died, and everyone dances on his grave when he is dead because no one cared. Unlike MCR, this doesn't sound like another one of their songs with a lyrics change or PAINFULLY make the point clear (it's there, bu more subtle). But then again, I guess the depressed 12 year old girls don't mind paying them for more emo-tastic songs and albums, so I suppose I shouldn't mind eitherAnd Dead! by My Chemical Romance is actually one of my favorite songs to play, especially in co-op. I'm not a fan of MCR, but the song is just one of those ones that is, well, fun.
I didn't have controls in mind, I meant like playing experience. I think it would be a good thing if you could customize your band, like outfits for the bassist and drummer (the singer, because they change depending on the song) or go through carrer mode playing secondary possision with bass or rythym guitar.I didn't think they could enhance it from GH1 to 2 and they did with the Pull-Off/Hammer-Ons.
Nice control design. I know that's not the real one, but still pretty **** good.http://wii.ign.com/articles/783/783421p1.html
Great article about GH3 Wii. Includes mock-up controller pic.
Oooh... Vodoo Child in GH. My favorite Jimi Hendrix solo is "The Star Spangled Banner" from Woodstock (the '69 one) personally.I wish I wish we could play Voodoo Child. How I love that song.
All along the watchtower is good enough though.
That was SICK. That solo was MINDBLOWING.Nice control design. I know that's not the real one, but still pretty **** good.

I was thinking of some worthy material, and here is a short list
"Holy Diver" - Dio (from Holy Diver)
"The Beautiful People" - Marilyn Manson (from Antichrist Svperstar)
"Wanted Dead Or Alive" Bon Jovi (from Slippery When Wet)
"Ana Ng" They Might Be Giants (from Lincoln)
"Happiest Days Of Our Lives/Another Brick In The Wall pt. 2" - Pink Floyd (from The Wall)
That's just from the top of my head. There are plenty more.
Until I see it on IGN or something, I'm not sold.Supposedly, they are making a Guitar Hero for the DS too. Bah.

That song is awesomeThe only song I disliked was Yes We Can. I found it very appaling and random.![]()
Official, you sure?It was in an interview somewhere, I saw it too. I dont know how it will work though, unless they get rid of chords. Its gonna be stupid though...
I dunno, I'm not a fan of MCR, as I ranted back. It is by far the easiest in the game, with Heart Shaped Box coming in second.Yes we can is by far and away the worst song in the game
Since when do Suicidal Tendencies = phail? I must have missed that.Institutionalized is the worse song in the game. I not talking about difficulty or anything, it's just a really bad song.
That would be so awesome it isn't even funny. Didn't Jimmy Page say that was his favorite solo? They need to put in:
Reelin' In The Years-Steely Dan
And I did. I wish I had a life. That would be great.I should just make a giant list, like with encores and different sections and stuff.
And I did. I wish I had a life. That would be great.
Note: The 360 Version of the game has 5 songs then an encore, so 6 each section instead of 4 then an encore leading to 5 in the PS2 version. I'm guessing GH3 will be like that on all consoles

There, there is my list. I admit it's kinda mediocre and slopily put together, but still.
I will take any advice, especially since some songs could fit into another area on the list. Please, no flames on my choice of music.
Detroit Rock City is by KISS, from the abum Destroyer. I originally had "Hollow" by Pantera, then I realized I had already put "Walk" on the 'must have for the list' list. I changed the name, but not the Artist and Album. Anyway, it was just a fan-list. My favorites from the REAL are "Rock and Roll All Nite" and "Paint It Black".Ok we all know stairway has to be in, so thats a given. But isnt Detroit Rock City by Kiss? (Great movie by the way) And to tell you the truth, very few of these songs have change of gettting in, because they released these today.
The initial list of face-melting awesomeness includes:
* Paint It Black (by The Rolling Stones)
* Cherub Rock (by Smashing Pumpkins)
* Sabotage (by Beastie Boys)
* The Metal (by Tenacious D) * My Name is Jonas (by Weezer)
* Knights of Cydonia (by Muse)
* Rock And Roll All Nite (as made famous by Kiss)
* School's Out (as made famous by Alice Cooper)
* Slow Ride (as made famous by Fog Hat)
* Cult of Personality (by Living Colour)
* Barracuda (as made famous by Heart)
Thats taken exactly from scorehero, which im sure is taken from something else.
And I did. I wish I had a life. That would be great.

Nope. Harmonix said they will try their hardest to make it as affordable as possible, and it will NOT be 200 bucks. At most 150, which is a good price for a guitar, drums, and Vox with a possible stand. It'll be rad AND $200.
I'm guessing you made this up. It's really good, but I'm not sure about putting DragonForce THEN Metallica. I mean sure, it's Metallica we're talking about, but then again, it's DragonForce we're talking about.1: Opening Licks
