hmmm idk:confused: if this is known but theres a glitch where you can make your opponent throw the grenade no matter what theyre doing:)

1. regular grenade throw a nade, shield drop nade.
2. Have other character pick up the 2nd nade
3. Have snake press B [ feint throw ]
4. ????
5. PROFIT!!!!

the nade will go in the direction that snake is facing...so the other guy can be facing forward but the nade will pop out the other way :p

as long as the first grenade is in play and hasnt exploded, you can make them force throw.

if you make them force throw while theyre in an animation in which the grenade is not visible, then its forced out it will invisible . yay! idk if u can catch it cuz i cant see it :urg:

its cool lol, hmm not very useful.....too situational maybe?

Grenade Stripping.

--Cut Thread Here--
Read his effing post. It's slightly different from grenade stripping. Grenade stripping would be:

1) he threw the 1st nade
2) the opponent picked it up
3) you pull out another nade and shield
4) either he is in the throwing motion or just holding but the nade will just drop.

Now read what i just posted above and compare it to what he said.

Sorry, read the end and assumed.

1. Sounds like Snake can control his first Grenade as long as its out.... <_< if shield dropping it (which drops a grenade) makes the opponent drop them, I guess feint throwing makes them throw it?

Sorry for the assumption, it's just.........................most things about opponents, and grenades "being thrown" are grenade stripping.

I actually did this today, by accident and posted in the Q&A thread, but then I noticed you beat me to it. Yeah, you can make them do a mid ranged toss forward or backward, pending whichever way Snake is facing is where the nade goes, if anything it's a different way of stripping, from what I noticed you can only do the mid ranged toss although it might be different if you jump and do the feint toss.

Pretty situational, and really only to mess with the other person I figure, like I said a different style of stripping that might throw them off.

Rofl, I found this out like a month ago. So weird and hilarious. Also, the nade pops out of their hand in the direction you press the B button for the fake throw. So if they pick up the second nade and you turn around and press B, it'll pop out towards you.

What is the distance of the feint throw?

Does the invisible nade do damage?

And since you can control which way they throw can you say do a: backwards+throw causing them to toss it up to hurt themselves instead of you?

With good timing, this could be useful - if extremely situational.

But what about B-reversing? How does that affect this. (B-reversing also allows us to pop the grenade out any direction we want to)

I found this out like 3 months ago but its very hard to use in situations. I did make someone throw it while they jumped towards me so it blew them up and I up aired them though :)
