Green hill zone - Sonic Heroes

Hi people

I was wandering if anyone could tell me how you unlock the Sonic heroes theme to the green hill zone. Is it found via the random cd's that you find or is it unlocked by completing the criteria for a challenge (play * number of brawls as * characters, etc)?
