Today in gamestop, I picked up Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe: Kollector's Edition (360, used, complete). It was listed at $49.99. But it was on sale (15 bucks off), and I have an edge card, so it made the price of it $29.99. Not bad, considering the regular edition still retails new for 60 bucks.

I also got Disney Sports Basketball for GameCube ($19.99, used, complete) just because I thought the multiplayer would be hillarious, dunking with Disney characters.

Back in the 1990's I played SNES all the time and to this day the SNES is still my favorite system. Having lost most of the games I used to own I've been gradually getting most of them back over the past year and a half.

Last summer I went looking for Tetris Attack and Teengage Mutant Ninja Turtles Tournament Fighters. At the first place I looked Turtles was stacked directly above Tetris and those were the only two left in the store.

Even though I own both games now and wouldn't look for them I haven't came across them since. Fortunately they were both there on the same day next to each other.

I also picked up Ken Griffey Jr.s Presents Major League Baseball for a quarter. Great bargain.

That is a good deal. One of the best baseball games ever.

I picked up a sealed copy of Suikoden at a store going out of business (called Ames) many years ago for $5.

I traded in my copy of the conduit and got twilight princess and bought a slim psp from a guy for 40 bucks so i can play Final Fantasy 1,2, and 7(when I get a two gig memory stick.

Finding a copy of Persona 4 during the holiday rush. Last copy in the store, and it wasn't released anywhere else in the city yet.

I just bought Ikaruga (gc) for 40 bucks, complete, at gamestop and resistance 2 for 30 bucks, complete, at blockbuster

Earlier this year, I found a seller that had Persona 2 for 50 bucks in my local area.
I was so happy when I got it.

I was wandering in a Gamestop once and saw Ocarina of Time: Master Quest on a shelf. I hadn't even heard about it before right then, but I got it for like $20 or so. Best surprise ever in my game-buying history.

I went to a Swap Meet and got a great price on some Wii games. Metroid Prime 3 and Punch Out!! only cost me $30.

That's as good of a price as I've gotten.

I got the last LE copy of BlazBlue in my city because I went into the one GameStop where they weren't all pre-ordered.

This was only made better when a friend of mine who lives in Minnesota found out that the nearest copy of the game to him was in Iowa.
