well u can delete the 1s with sds truthfully i should watch these b4 sending them lul i will for now

It's just that the self-destructs in the first one made it a little hard to use for any sort of useful purpose. I had no objection to the other two.

So the quality of the fight is not so important, as much as the people involved are actually fighting. Intentional SDs tend to give a "we're just messing around" vibe which isn't what I'm looking to record. That's my only concern.

Sure. Any help is appreciated. The more recorders, the faster the turnaround. Just let me know what your devices are capable of doing (480 i/p, what file format they save as, whatever, since I am not familiar with them). Any rules you've got about the stuff you've recorded, custom content you can do (custom textures, custom soundtracks, etc), distribution of the recorded replay (upload to your YouTube only, link to [file sharing service], etc), anything at all relevant.

Once I have that info, I'll add you to the OP.

I have alot of those but it aint all pikachu plus its wombo combo moment number 16. There would be 17 thats what I like to call wombo combo fail or no matter what you do yoshi youll always lose cuz of a little footstool :X

As long as it doesn't carry the potential to bring the RIAA to my door, you're pretty much good to go. Including your codefile should also hasten the process (so I don't have to go track down the necessary codes since all I play with by default is tags in replays + unlimited replays).

I've finally finished sorting through my replays! A few things:

- I'd prefer the video files so I can upload them onto YouTube myself. If it's too much of a hassle though, don't worry about it.
- I included music and stage textures. I'd really really like my music to be used, but for stages, the only texture that's absolutely necessary is Battlefield's. It'll desync without it.
- There're 30 replays, but not all of them are Pika..... some are me as Zelda, and some are other vids from my crew. If you could do them all, I'll <333 you forever, but if not..... I listed below which ones are Pika/Zelda/other. The reasons I'd like you to do them are a) you record in higher quality than the Zelda recorder, and b) you can use custom stuff.

I'll look at them. For fairness sake, my first impulse is to say "no," as I have already turned down a couple others already. However, seeing as how smoothly you keep this place running, I may have to make an exception.

This may take me a bit for the turnaround time as I gotta learn how to actually use the custom stuff now. But I do have the capacity. One thing that would make this easier is if you could provide your .gct file (if you have it). This would make future videos easier as I'd have something of a "preset" I could use.

Also, since you want the videos on your channel, do you want me to do the full 720p upscaling treatment (it's mostly a filesize issue I'm worried about)? If you're looking to edit these into a combo video, I'd recommend keeping them at 480p and let your editor do the rest.

I've pretty much decided I'm going to do them. I just want to emphasize this is an exception made for our wonderful mod. I just don't want this turning into Yoshq's thread.

I might wait until the 9th to see if I can get one of the new black wiis that are coming out and see if I can record these on that one instead (since my current wii's gpu has some strange flickering pixels that all the stuff I do to the videos seems to hide pretty well).

And as I've already mentioned to you in your PM, they're uploading. As of this post, the ones that aren't split up are uploaded and ready to go. The rest look like they're gonna take well into today to finish uploading (the estimate keeps waffling in the range of 13-15 hours).

Also, if I've uploaded a video of you, and you later decide you want it on your channel instead, I'll be happy to give you the video and take mine down.

I just wish there were a way to upload to someone else's channel (with their permission, of course). But I suspect there's a bunch of copyright/IP reasons involved for not allowing that functionality.
