Glitch Keeping MArio`s cape in his hand all the match

I once saw the video on youtube, it was Called the best of smash 4 there were like 10 of them all showing glitches, today only remains this one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lAWH-AI_dho , TT records =(


Could it be similar to kirbys frying pan?, it was on corneria, the cape was flapping because of the wind

The actual video was removed from Youtube by the user, I was unaware of this site http://vixy.net/ , to save it. The video belonged to a bunch of glitch videos, labeled as "Best of smash 1 to Best of Smash 12", the only one that remains is the one with the target test records (T.T.), I guess that the guys who made the video are french. not sure, maybe the Eternal Cape is just for SECAM version (French Region). They called themselves "Dream Team"

It's not.
It's similar to Mewtwo's "soul stunner" glitch though. With the red shell and sending it back and forth a number of times.
