Ganondorf Sword Mode for ProjectM

Guess what guys, Ashingda TriforceGanondorf v0.2 is coming up soon. Will try to fix the flame for the sword and dark aura for magic on it.

Another change i recommend is to revert his jab to default with no string. Theres a lot of stupid stuff you can do with the current jab1.

Everything else is pretty frisky fresh and clean. I honestly dont see anything else in need of urgent change, its a really sound build. Anything else will come over time. Great job.

Hi Ashingda, nice work, i have downloaded it and its already one of my favorites. But I was wondering if is there any version of sword Ganon with only that moveset? I mean sword Ganon from the very start without having to imput a taunt, it would be very useful for my brawlex project. Thanx, keep smashing.

Hey guys. I'm new to this so sorry if this is a dumb question. I'm using the v0.5 Ganondorf. But how do I get Caporai's Demise Sword with it? I replaced the Fit...pac but got a floating sword. Sorry wrong thread... I think.

Could someone experienced with this tell me how I could give individual slots their own unique swords (Melee sword for Melee Ganon, etc.)?
The only way to do that is to import the sword into the model itself. This sword mod is discontinued, it's now the Triforce Ganondorf mod. Also I'm working on having different swords for different color or skins at the moment.

So, on the last page there was a link for alternate swords for this, one of which was Nightmare's sword from Soul Calibur. I used that MotionEtc and he does indeed draw the sword, but he doesn't actually use any of the sword moves and often T-poses... any ideas?

Got two quick questions, haven't read too much into the thread but is it balanced enough for project m and is there a new video because when I went to the 3.0 that you originally posted I keep getting an error saying it doesn't exist

The goal here is to add a switchable sword mode for Ganondorf while still retaining all of the ProjectM moveset.
Very few things are changed on the normal fist mode, you will notice some slight animation changes to the right arm/hand.

Use D-Taunt to activate sword mode and use D-Taunt again to switch back.


Current Changes:
Version 3.0 Big Update!

Lots of animation fixes, new moves and also returning ones!

Jab: Now is a 1~2~3 hit combo!
F-Tilt: Restored to Thrust.
D-Tilt: -Vanilla-
U-Tilt: New! A simple upward sword strike.

F-Smash: Restored to Elbow+Sword.
D-Smash: Both hits connects now.
U-Smash: New! This may need more work later, it's just way too big haha.

N-Air: Same
F-Air: Reworked the swing animation, looks smoother now.
B-Air: New! Animation took way longer than I'd like.
D-Air: -Vanilla-

Neutral-B: Restored to earlier Sword version.
Side-B: -Vanilla-
Down-B: Restored to the Sword Rush attack
Up-B: New! Ganondorf teleports through a portal. Unlike the other teleports he is limited to only going upwards, but deals damage at the start up and can act afterwards and also perform a 2nd up-b before going into a dive fall.

Thanks! It's a WIP mod based on Ashingda's original Sword Ganon mod. In it, Ganon has the ability to switch mid-match to Pig Ganon, who is an entirely different character with his own files. Right now, I'm optimizing how his constructors and destructors work.
