Powershield jab. It comes out 4 frames earlier than grab. Yes it's difficult to do, but if you aren't willing to apply yourself and learn new techniques how do you expect to succeed in this game anyways?

It's actually very effective if you can predict falco shffl nair and other approaches too.

Sometimes you can even to powershield>jab> and crush their skull with fair, like if it's a ffer and they don't expect it and miss the tech

Also: If you are stuck near the ledge, marth up-b's and overshoots, you can powershield quick jab.

PS->Wavedash is a better option usually, because good players will catch on and drop aerials low on you, but if you catch on you can beat their option with your own. You turn it into RPS very fast with powershields which is good for Ganon because his exchanges are crushing whereas the opponent has to really go in to transmute stuff. Powershield is good but movement is better--picking an option after powershield will also get a good player to force it out of you and then punish. It's not bullet proof at all, but it beats all rising aerials, a lot of smash moves, and it beats a lot of weird specials too. It's a great, but difficult to execute option.
