It's odd to rate "Top 5" yet it has more than one move in a ranking. If anything this should be a list of rate the importance or usefulness of TL moves on a scale from 1-5. I can't make a list with "Top 5 Moves," but I'll take a stab at rating usefulness of moves from 1-5.

Dtilt has IASA Frames. Even so it's reach is fairly limited. Jabs has the same reach as Dtilt, I tested it. There are just better options, IMHO.
